Hello, my name is Grace Fletcher. I am a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor offering holistic therapy and art therapy services in Eugene, Oregon. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where clients receive encouragement and support as they navigate life’s challenges and create the change they are seeking.

I work to help people by exploring and eliminating the beliefs, patterns and situations that are causing pain, stress and suffering. Being an art therapist, I believe the use of art in therapy can enhance the process. Art therapy can bypass conscious limiting beliefs and open the door to a different way of communicating about feelings and experiences by using visual means. Profoundly helpful with trauma, art therapy can be deeply healing and life-changing. No artistic ability is necessary for art therapy and it is appropriate for all ages.

I admire the courage it takes each of us to reach out and ask for support, to heal old wounds and to change our lives for the better. Therapy is not always easy and quick as it can take time to unravel what is causing us to feel stuck or in pain. Therapy can create difficult feelings and insights. And through those insights come change - positive change toward the life you want.

I believe we all deserve to feel loved and have a sense of belonging. I will work with you to rediscover the power of your own light. Each of us are in a position and hold the power to choose and create a new path for ourselves, sometimes we just need a little support. I am here to help.
